Right of withdrawal
The customer can assert the right of withdrawal (according to D. Lgs n. 185 of 22 may 1999) returnig the product purchased and asking the replacement or the refund. The right od withdrawal apllies only to natural person acting for purpose which are outside their professonal activity. So are excluded purchases for purpose concerning their professional activity made by resellers and companies.
Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal sending a written communication, by email, within 10 (ten) working days to: info@calzatureredaelli.com
This communication must include the product codes the customer wants to return as well as the bank coordinates (IBAN) related to his own bank account, so that we can eventually crediting the amount by bank transfer. Within 10 (ten) working days of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must send the products that wants to return to the following address: Calzature Redaelli di Claudio & Nadia S.a.s. - Piazza Caiazzo, 3 - 20124 Milano (MI). The products subject of the return shall not be used and must be absolutely in the exact same condition you received them. It’s also specified that under any circumstances will be accepted parcels cash on delivery or carriage forward.
Terms of repayment of the amount
Once we get the goods and after checking the integrity, we’ll made the remboursement by bank transfer, within 10 (ten) working days from the communication in which the customer exercised the right of withdrawal. The amount we’ll credit is referred only to the price paid net of shipping costs incurred by the customer..
